4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Conditions

Maximum Liability: Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms, fg666's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any loss or damage suffered in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
